Beaconsfield Running Sisters
Mondays (6.30pm) and Thursdays (7pm)
We run from outside Waitrose, Beaconsfield New Town (by the Council Green) on both nights.
We would encourage anyone who has either done a Couch to 5K course, or has done a little running in the past, to come along and give us a go. You do not have to be a fast runner, but you do need to be able to run a short distance without stopping.
