Maidenhead Running Sisters is a friendly social running group for women of all ages. We aim to provide a safe, supportive and fun environment for women to run together. There is usually a choice of runs between 5k and 8k - we run at an inclusive, conversational pace.

Beginners Course
The next Beginners Course will start on Monday 31st March 2025 and will cost £20
Absolute Beginners 6-7pm (10 weeks)
Improvers 7-8pm (8 weeks)
